I have been documenting implementations of FEP-044f for a while. This effort grew organically out of [Bridgy Fed's issue on the subject](https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/issues/1956) and it has been suggested to me multiple times now to submit the information here to make it easier to find. Consequently, this is now a lot at once. In many cases, my comments in the linked GitHub issue also contain version numbers, links to commits, project-specific issues, or microblogging discussions. I decided against overloading the list here and instead tried to concisely describe each project's capabilities. I was waffling on whether to change the descriptions of the two existing implementations to unify them with this style, but ultimately left them mostly untouched, only changing the mention of Mastodon 4.5 from future to past tense. However, I did sort the list alphabetically.
