A few updates, some from implementation experience, and others as

- Improve some of the formatting.
- Mention that the home instance checks for a session cookie.
- Call attention to the interaction between zid= and mixup attacks.
- Mention how Hubzilla signs posts authored by a remote user.
- Point out that the redirection endpoint should be same-origin with
the user's ID.

Hello, I had this FEP in my outbox for quite some time and I never submitted it officially, so here it is.
I am curious if there's any interest in this type of functionality that can make content addressing and discovery a little simpler for ActivityPub services.
A working example can be found on the reference service for the GoActivityPub library: https://federated.id
I am not sure what the official channel for feedback is regarding FEPs, but my preferred method would be through the aforementioned library's discussion [mailing list](https://lists.sr.ht/~mariusor/go-activitypub-discuss/%3Cwecobrezdaeqzfsukst42hncuuimomii5oeixonirrksrvs4md@4l76dr4obisi%3E ) if that's acceptable.

This patch replaces the ASCII diagram with a [Mermaid] diagram in order to improve accessibility for screen readers/braille displays and devices with narrow viewport width.

While rendering Mermaid diagram isn't part of CommonMark 0.29 spec used by the FEP process, this uses the standard code fence syntax and isn't extremely unreadable as plaintext, so I believe it's acceptable in that regard.
